Areas of Specialty

Treatment for Anxiety

Modern life inundates us with stressors that contribute to high levels of anxiety and depression. I work holistically with clients to identify the causes of distress, and develop successful coping mechanisms. We will focus on the brain and body connection, to fully understand and integrate your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

Treatment for Undergraduate and Graduate Students

Early adulthood brings several unique challenges and struggles. Having worked in college mental health for over a decade, I understand the complexities of student life. From establishing priorities and setting goals, to navigating relationships and defining identity, I can walk with you during this pivotal time. Together we can work to develop the necessary tools required to manage the stress and anxiety so prevalent among college students.
